How would I like my website to look?

In week one, there where two student mentors there in the class. They where from the year above, talking to the class about our next assignments. Our first assignment is creating our own websites from scratch by coding. They talked about their preferred apps that they liked to use last year when they had done this as an assignment. These are the websites that the apps that they had used to code and create their websites. They told us how they had preferred using Dreamweaver and windows notes app. This is because it was a lot easier for them to make their website by using those two apps. They also told us about a website that they used to put their codes in to make their website. They had used a website called W3.schools.com and copied and pasted the codes to achieve their their websites functions and lay-outs.

They told us to visualise how we would like our website to look and to write some ideas down. So, I knew that i wanted to the title to be, 'Photography'. I also wanted neutral colour scheme for my website. Such as, black, white, grey and green. As i will be doing a photography website i wanted the writing to be minimal. On the home page i will have writing about me and why i am interested in photography and on what will be shown on the site. Two of my pages will be on different types photography that enjoy. I will link some of my images on my website and my third page of my website will be a curriculum vitae. This be about me applying to be a food  photographer.
